    Alok, Sorry that you are seeing this issue with breakpoints. Missing line number errors can be caused by a number of reasons.

    Can you please create a post in our forums to help us investigate further? : https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topics/myeclipse/general-development/

    When you create the post, please share the MyEclipse version, the type of project you are working with, the file type where you are setting the breakpoints and the .log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log (change the extension to .txt and attach it here)

    Sorry for your experience with license activation. If you are behind a proxy, then please recheck if the settings are correct. Please try the alternate web activation method as suggested here : https://www.genuitec.com/docs/setup/licensing-myeclipse/#52_Web_Manual_Activation

    Hi Teja,

    Sorry that you are seeing this problem. Are you behind a firewall or proxy? If yes, then you should configure the settings in the IDE here : Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections.     If you are still seeing issues, then you can try the alternate method i.e web activation in case of internet issues. Please see here for detailed steps : https://www.genuitec.com/docs/setup/licensing-myeclipse/#52_Web_Manual_Activation

    Hi, It is not clear where the menu option is. I checked the Quick Fix and 'Add generated serial version ID' works fine. Can you share with us the version of MyEclipse and a screenshot showing the menu option to help us investigate further?

    Correction : MyEclipse 2018-12 is based on Eclipse 4.8 and MyEclipse 2019.4.0 is based on Eclipse 4.10

    John,

    MyEclipse 2018 is based on Eclipse 4.10. If you can find the update site for StarTeam plugin which is compatible with Eclipse 4.10, then you can install the plugin to MyEclipse 2018. The steps to integrate it in MyEclipse are the same as in Eclipse. Please give it a try and if you see any issues, then reach us on the support forums : https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topics/myeclipse/ and we will investigate further.

    Please note that MyEclipse 2017 CI 10 is the latest in the 2017 stream. If possible, please update to CI 10 from Help > Check for Updates and check if the crash issue persists.

Please create a new topic at https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topics/myeclipse/general-development/ and include as much information as possible, including details of the actions being performed right before the crash, the exact Mac version and also attach the workspace log file which is located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log to help us investigate further.
