I'm not clear on your comment. Are you looking to remove files that Webclipse may have created or do you want to remove Webclipse completely?
If it's the former, please provide details of what you are trying to remove.
If it's the latter, we'd love to know why you want to remove it but it is, essentially, a set of plug-ins and can be removed using the standard functions that eclipse provides, as mentioned here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/FAQ_How_do_I_remove_a_plug-in%3F
Once removed, you may want to delete the .webclipse folder in your home folder, and any workspaces that you used.
