  2. Full EMBER.js support

Add Struts like editing support and templating support on Controller, View/ViewModel, and Data Models as Ember is using Convention over Configuration, MyEclipse can seamlessly help user to manage that. In addition add context sensitive like interllisense to the editor. An integrated compiler would also help in large system development.

  3. Auto generate Java beans from JSON file

Its a hugely unproductive task to create Java beans from JSON/XML files. Having a utility to reverse engineer beans and adding jaxb annotations will save lot of time for everyone.

  4. Fix editor bugs

In Synchronization view, when opening a compare window exceptions are thrown constantly. When opening a file sometimes exceptions are thrown, sometimes the editor just becomes a blank white screen. These issues persist until a restart is done. Please fix these issues!

Given the choice between Subclipse and Subversive as well as needing specific versions of the the plugin based on your repository, bundling a Subversion suite with MyEclipse might make things more difficult for our users.

It is evident, however, that this is a significant pain point – we’re looking at how we can make the process of adding Subversion support to MyEclipse a lot easier for everyone.

  6. Easy WordPress/Joomla CMS connections via PHPmyadmin locations!

I'm starting to see a lot of fly by night companies create easy apps that almost do what I want them to do but fall short because of their unethical business practices or the fact that they are hosted in the USA or UK. We need a company we can trust like Genuitec! We need something that does all the connecting automatically via RSS, JSON, or XML but allows the programer to add in the connections locations from Wordpress's and Joomla's well documented MySQL Databases. Since 18.9% of the web is WorPress and simular numbers for Jooma and Drupal and…

  7. Maven plugin support

The Maven support for "Goals" is awesome! I would like to see Maven plugin support for common, mainstream plugins like: maven-resources-plugin, maven-jaxb2-plugin, maven-compiler-plugin, jetty-maven-plugin, maven-war-plugin and etc...

In MyEclipse 2015, we’ve added PhoneGap support, allowing to use the latest version of PhoneGap (and thus Cordova) in your projects. You also have access to the entire Cordova / PhoneGap plug-in space.

We’re still working on adding templates and updating the jQuery Mobile support.

MyEclipse 2015 CI 1 is the first release in the 2015 CI stream, get it here and let us know how you like the new PhoneGap features! http://genuitec.com/t/u/me2015dl

  12. provide a version history for each file

Being able to immediately jump back to a previous save point w/o having to commit an external repo would save my bacon regularly. NetBeans has this and it's the one major advantage. .

  13. Better documentation of new features

For example, new palette options in the image editor for Warp Tool and Translation tool exist, but they do not seem to do anything but put a grid or line on the image and there is no documentation to be found anywhere. Features do not help if there is no way to figure out how to use them.

  18. support kerborized ssh login for subversion etc.

make kerborized ssh work for subversion and potentially other version control systems. Instead of having to log into to things like subversion in the Team Synchronization and SVN Reposirtory perspective allow for kerborized login.

  20. HTML5 is a huge deal so tracking the spec really well would be a big help

I know the HTML5 spec is a working draft and changes A LOT; I mean, there are even "nightlies" of the stupid thing. All I'm asking is that you try to make each new release of MyEclipse compliant to whatever the latest released draft spec is. Right now it's the 10/29/13 5.1 spec here: http://www.w3.org/TR/html51/ But for 2014, please make it whatever is latest. :-)
