Add Websphere profile management tool in myeclipse

Add the ability to launch/start Websphere profile management tool in myeclipse, just like in Rational Application Developer(RAD)

If your going to advertise yourself as a drop in RAD replacement, this is an absolute must have for the MEB Blue Edition.
